Rescue’s local electrician
Rescue is a small, rural corner of El Dorado County along Green Valley Road, between El Dorado Hills and Placerville, full of homes on acreage and horse properties. We know the area well and we are close by, so Rescue is a quick trip for us.
Out here, the common calls are EV chargers in the garage, panel upgrades to add capacity, and backup power for properties where an outage hits harder and lasts longer. Acreage also means wiring to outbuildings, barns, wells, and pumps, which we handle too.
Every job is permitted and inspected where it needs to be, and we tell you plainly what we found and what we recommend before we start.

“I have used Jake for multiple projects on my house. Easy to work with and very fair on pricing. Would highly recommend him, especially for solar or car chargers. His pricing breakdown was great. Loved working with someone who wasn’t trying to take advantage of me.”
“I cannot say enough about Bodie Electric and Jake. The service was phenomenal and the job was a big one. He handled it with such professionalism, even all the PG&E stuff. I would highly recommend Bodie Electric for a small or a very large job.”
“Jake is a fantastic electrician. He performed a tricky wire pull to add power to a remote building. He did a great job at a competitive price. I appreciated his communication, attention to detail, and that he stayed on schedule.”
