Hi, I’m Jake Kreitzer, owner of Bodie Electric. I’ve been in the electrical industry for over 15 years, with the last decade spent managing large commercial projects as a project manager. While I learned a lot in those roles, I often felt like just a number. When my family began to grow, I knew it was time to step out on my own. I wanted more control over my work and the flexibility to serve people in a way that truly mattered.

At Bodie Electric, my goal is simple: make sure every customer feels confident and safe in their home. That starts with good communication. I keep you informed every step of the way and follow up a week after the job to make sure everything is working as it should. I take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality work you can count on.

My favorite part of the job is solving a problem that’s causing you stress—whether that means restoring power, fixing a tricky issue, or making sure your home is safe. There’s nothing better than leaving a home knowing you can relax without worrying about your electrical system.

Outside of work, I’m all about family time and getting outdoors. You might find me on the Rubicon Trail camping, four-wheeling, snowboarding, hiking, or paddle boarding. I also love taking road trips and exploring new places.
